Vegas 2013 Industry Halloween PartyReggie Carroll, Zexzoo® Ambassador extraordinaire
A Great Vegas Halloween Party Experience
Wednesday Night at Light Nightclub, Halloween Eve, was by far the best party anyone could have chosen to go to during this never ending week of fun and horror. The front door entrance was very deceiving just after midnight, about ten people in line, and few hosts talking amongst themselves not really concerned with the ropes. I waited only a few moments to be noticed by one of the coolest door guys in town, AK, who got me pointed in the right direction, having a host walk me inside to join my friends at their table. It was a tell tell sign to me, seeing the host discussing table availability, that it was going to be a better night than anticipated.
I did a full lap around the mezzanine level upon my entry, surprised by the huge turnout of Nightlife Industry from all over and off the strip. Spearmint Rhino, Marquee, Tao, Hakkasan, XS, Tryst, Bank, 1OAK, CH3, Hyde, Haze, Sapphires, and many other venue's staffs were all in attendance. It was an industry group costume contest, which was won by Marquee, who came in full costume and with props, including scooters, as Sons of Anarchy.Reggie Carroll with Famous DJs for Halloween in Las VegasIt was not the typical Wednesday Night Party, being that the Red Sox won the World Series earlier in the evening, a lot of guys in Boston Jerseys, Alesso was playing a special set, and Vegas's Nightlifers came because they wanted too! The club was full of energy, brought on by the many gamblers celebrating with their winnings, everyone enjoying being the characters of their costumes, and the off the charts amount of good looking women.
It was a welcomed overwhelming experience to see so many and so so much of the Strip's hottest cocktail waitresses, dancers, host, and models. And just when I thought I had taken everything in, I went to join my friends table on the dance floor, it was the icing on the cake. I saw Vegas Dave popping bottles all night, Joe Vargas taking everything in and entertaining guests, and Light Groups' best moving and shaking around the room. I joined the table of Robert Gamch, one of Light Groups finest, which included a few Olympic Gold Medalist, Apolo Ohno and Ryan Lochte. I barely saw any of the guys at the table, because the area was flooded by the prettiest women in the club, which at least six of them I confirmed to be models. The coolest part of the night for me, was seeing the Cirque Du Soleil performers do a small part of the choreography from Michael Jackson's Thriller Video with Alesso playing the song in its original format. It was a tough night out, but somebody had to do it, and I am glad it was me.
