4) Carbohydrates. Since your liver is a bit busy right now, a little toast or a few crackers can help bring your blood sugar back up. And your mother was right: Toast and crackers can help soothe a queasy stomach.
5) Aspirin. Pain meds are the undisputed king of choice for hangovers. But stick to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (or NSAIDs, like aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen), not acetaminophen (Tylenol): Acetaminophen mixed with alcohol can be damaging to your liver.

10) Fruit Juice. Thanks to the fructose in fruit juice, you can add this to your remedy list. Studies have shown that juice increases the rate at which the body gets rid of toxins. And the vitamins and nutrients don’t hurt either.
What doesn’t work for curing a hangover?
