Every day, Zexzoo features a new Daily Deal on everything to do from spa treatments to discounts on local events. Merchants sign up with Zexzoo because they know we feature terrific deals that customers want to buy.

Do I have to bring in traffic or customers in order to get a deal approved on Zexzoo.com?

No - While we encourage merchants to advertise and bring in customers we have a large emailing list and get more than adequate traffic to make most deals successful.

How do I purchase a deal?

Click "BUY NOW" before the offer ends at midnight. We'll charge your card only if the required minimum number of people sign up. We'll then send you a link to print your Zexzoo coupon. If not enough people purchase the deal, you are not charged, so it's important to advertise each deal and make sure your friends and current customers know!

What happens if not enougth people buy a Zexzoo Daily Deal?

If not enough people buy, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged.

Do I need to use my Zexzoo coupon on the same day I purchase it?

No. Most Zexzoo Daily Deals cannot be used until the next day after purchase. The Fine Print typically states whether a deal can be used on the same day as your purchase it or not.

I bought a Zexzoo Daily Deal - how do I use it?

Once you purchase the deal, you will receive an email with a link to sign in and print it. The Zexzoo coupon has instructions on how it can be redeemed!

Can I buy a Zexzoo Daily Deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes. All Daily Deals can be gifted to friends, unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise. All you need do is forward the unused Daily Deal coupon to a friend or select the gift option at checkout.

Yes! As long as it has not been redeemed.

YES! Your credit card number is never shared and is only transmitted via SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Your financial information is never stored on our website.

Can I return a Zexzoo Daily Deal?

We work extremely hard to make sure our merchants and customers are equally satisfied. If a customer purchases a Zexzoo Daily Deal is unsatisfied for whatever reason we work with the merchant to find a solution everyone can be happy with.

What happens if my Zexzoo Daily Deal expires?

Once a Zexzoo Daily Deal reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.

Do you ever remove comments from the Daily Deals Comment page?

No. We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or engaging in forms of "trolling".

What if the business for my Zexzoo Daily Deal closes down?

If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Zexzoo, we will do everything we can to get your money back.

I just sent a referral to my friend. What can I expect?

If your friend visits Zexzoo.com and makes a purchase within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you give them, we will send you an email to tell you that we've put $10 worth of Zexoo credits in your account.

What if someone I refer to Zexzoo.com signs up on your site?

If someone you refers registers on Zexzoo.com within 72 hours, you will receive a $10 credit whenever they make their first purchase.

Can I refer as many people as I want?

Yes!

I received referral codes from more than one person - does everyone get credits?

No, only the last code clicked on before making their first purchase will issue a reward for the person who sent it to you.

How many deals do you add each day?

We typically include one new deal for each city each day. We have 7 deals on average per week and each deal runs for a total of 7 days. So, on any given day you can choose between 7 deals in each featured city.

When will Zexzoo be in my city?

We have plans to expand across the United States. So, if you don't see deals in your city be sure to register and we'll send you a notification when we will be featuring deals in your area.
