Studio closed July 4th (Independence Day) & July 9th (Bishnu Ghosh Day of Passing "Bikram's request")

     On July 5th!!!   Esak Garcia is doing a Yoga Demonstration followed by the the Beginning Bikram Yoga class.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about your practice and Bikram Yoga.  Also, if you are interested in this Year's  Nevada State Regional Yoga Championship coming this October! 

     This is an exciting event and you will learn from  Esak Garcia, former International Yoga Championship winner!  This event is for everyone bring your friends and family. Chilren are welcomed too! 

     Please sign up for this event at the front desk. Tickets are available for $25.00 dollars. Tickets include demonstration followed by the Beginning Bikram Yoga class, and plenty of Watermelon...Mmmm!
