Zexzoo Refund Policy
Zexzoo is contractually obligated to reimburse its Merchant Partners within a certain time period. We can only offer a refund for un redeemed coupons within 24 hours of the purchase of the Daily Deal.
In order to obtain a refund, please contact our Customer Service department at the number listed below before 24 hours of your purchase. Please have your coupon number and billing information ready. Additional information can be obtain in our Terms of Service.
If you ever misplace your Zexzoo Coupon, all you need to do is log in to this site and go to "My Profile" at the upper right hand side of the site (or click here). In the "My Profile" area you will be able to locate and print your Zexzoo Coupons.
