Kids Cardio and Judo Class
EL1TE Fitness and Training Center is please to now offer a Kids Cardio and Judo Class for Children ages 6-10. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00 PM and Saturdays from 10-11 AM with classes starting on Tuesday June 23rd.
In this class children will learn basic self defense techniques, self-confidence, respect, discipline and will engage in exercise to promote health and motor skill development. This class will be taught by certified instructor and National Karate Champion Kimberly Root and by National Judo Champion Stefany Oldfield.
